Foley Police Charge Man With Multiple Vehicle Break-Ins

FOLEY, Ala. Police were called to a neighborhood on Sunday, June 21, 2026, to investigate a report of vehicles being broken into.
Officers spotted a man walking away from the area and stopped him as part of their investigation.
Police determined that Dillan C Frisbie was involved in breaking into several vehicles.
Frisbie was taken into custody and charged with three counts of Unlawful Breaking and Entering of a Vehicle and with Making Terrorist Threats 2nd Degree.
Police also added two additional charges of Enter/Remain in Building/Fenced Property and Obstructing Police- Attempting to Elude Police.
Frisbie is currently being held at the Baldwin County Detention Center.
