Spanish Fort Man Arrested on Child Pornography Charges

SPANISH FORT, Ala. A child pornography investigation by the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office has led to the arrest of one male offender.
The sheriff’s office executed a search warrant at the residence of David Solis, 41, in Spanish Fort on Wednesday, February 4th, 2026.
The sheriff’s department, along with HSI, investigated after receiving tips regarding the possible presence of illicit child images involving Solis.
Multiple electronic devices were seized from the residence and analyzed, which led to the arrest of Solis, the sheriff’s department said.
Solis has been charged with four counts of Possession of Child Pornography and was booked into the Baldwin County Detention Center on a $60,000 bond.
