Serious Wreck in Fairhope Injures Several Persons

FAIRHOPE, Ala. A very serious wreck occurred Sunday, October 19th, 2025, at around 4:50 p.m. near the intersection of State Highway 181 and State Highway 104.
Calls to 911 reported the multiple vehicle injury crash, and the Fairhope police and fire departments were dispatched.
Several ambulances and a medical helicopter were also dispatched to the scene.
Between four and five vehicles were involved, and several people were injured, including one person who had facial trauma and a severe injury to an eye.
That person was transported to a trauma center via a medical helicopter.
Several vehicles that were involved in the wreck could be seen damaged along the roadway.
There was also word that one driver fled the scene, but that has not been confirmed.
Fairhope police are currently investigating the wreck.
