Pritchard Police Investigating Homicide

PRITCHARD, Ala.

Police are investigating a homicide that occurred on St. Stephens Road Friday afternoon.
Pritchard police reported that one man was shot near Fat Boys Diner and ran down the road to L&C Car Wash, where he collapsed.

The man who has not yet been publicly identified, was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Witnesses said they heard five or six shots fired.

At this time, no one is in custody and police say that this is an active investigation.
