ROBERTSDALE, Ala. Police were called out to a scene of an assault last week after two people who knew each other got into a confrontation.
Robertsdale police said that they responded to Garrett Park on September 25, where an 18-year-old man is accussed of hitting another teen in the head with a crowbar.
According to the Robertsdale Police Department, James Ott and the victim knew each other, and the assault stemmed from an argument over threats involving property damage.
Police said that during the arrest, Ott resisted officers and is now also charged with resisting arrest and assault.
