Police Capture Suspect Burglarizing Business

MOBILE, AL.

Police in Mobile were dispatched to a commercial business to investigate an activated burglar alarm on Saturday, November 1, 20225 at around 5:35 a.m.

Multiple officers responded to 7 N. Claiborne Street (Gracepoint Home Care), and upon arrival they spotted a male suspect attempting to break through the front door.

Police were able to apprehend and arrest Ratheal Champion, 38, of Mobile.

Champion was transported to Metro Jail. 

Champion faces a felony charge of attempted burglary.
