Pedestrian Struck by Vehicle in Serious Condition

A person was found lying on the side of a road in Foley during the night.

A driver told 911 that the person was not moving.

Foley police and fire departments, the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office, and ALEA state troopers all responded to the area of Grantham Road.

We have been told by a witness that this may be a fatality.

An ALEA officer has told us that they are leading the investigation and will release more details later today.
