Over 70 Virginia High Schoolers Earn Associate’s Degrees

GOOCHLAND COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Over 70 Goochland County high schoolers were awarded an associate’s degree on Tuesday after completing a specialty collegiate program.

On Tuesday, May 13, a total of 73 Goochland High School seniors were celebrated for completing the Advanced College Academy program.

Through this program, these students earned their associate’s degrees before they even graduated from high school.

“Their hard work, perseverance and commitment to excellence are truly inspiring,” Goochland County Public Schools said. “Congratulations to these early college graduates!”
