Mobile Police Charge Man With Counterfeit Money

MOBILE Ala. Mobile police officers were called to a hotel off Interstate 65 for suspicious activity.
When officers arrived at the Best Western, located at 600 W. I-65 Service Road, they were advised of a person who may have counterfeit money in an empty room at the hotel.
As officers were investigating, a man returned to the room and police quested the person who was later identified as Steven Doukas, 45.
Police found probable cause to arrest Doukas and transported him to the Mobile County metro jail.
Doukas also had outstanding arrest warrants in Mississippi.
He is charged with:

5 COUNTS OF POSSESSION FORGED INSTRUMENT 1ST
