Mobile Home Suffers Significant Fire Damage

A house fire early Friday morning sent the Mobile Fire-Rescue Department to Teal Court.

When firefighters arrived heavy fire was coming from a garage which was behind the house.

Firefighters set up a defensive attack and were able to contain the fire and bring it under control.

Everyone inside, including one of the family’s cats and a dog, made it out safely however two other cats are still missing, officials said.

Firefighters got a good knockdown on the fire, but the home suffered significant damage, the MFRD said.

The fire is under investigation.
