Mobile County Sheriff’s Office Make Arrest For Possession and Distribution of Child Pornography 

BALDWIN COUNTY Ala.

November 27, 2024

On November 21, 2024, The Mobile County Sheriff’s Office ICAC Unit executed a search warrant at the residence of DYLAN RAY LOVVORN. 

MCSO ICAC Unit received several Cyber Tips on LOVVORN from The National Center for Missing Exploited Children in reference to child sexual abuse material being on various platforms.

Through the examination of his devices, Detectives recovered numerous pictures and videos containing child sexual abuse material. 
Detectives also discovered where he had  been exchanging that material with other individuals.

 LOVVORN was arrested on (5) counts of Possession of Child Pornography and (5) counts of Distribution of Child Pornography.

 ICAC, Internet Crimes Against Children, is a National network of 61 coordinated task forces, representing over 5,400 Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement Agencies.
These agencies are dedicated to investigating, prosecuting and developing effective responses to internet crimes against children.
Educating the public through the development and delivery of public awareness and prevention programs is also one of the most important initiatives of the ICAC Task Force Program.
