Mobile corrections arrested for sodomy has been fired

MOBILE, Ala.

A Mobile County Sheriff’s Office corrections deputy was arrested Monday and charged with Sodomy.

Timothy Scarbrough was charged with Sodomy 1st degree according to the arrest report.

Scarbrough began his career with The Mobile County Sheriff’s Office in October of 2023.

The sheriff’s department reported that Scarbrough has been terminated by MCSO.

However, no other details about the arrest have been released.
