Marlow Community Home Destroyed in Fire

MARLOW COMMUNITY, Ala. Firefighters from multiple Baldwin County fire departments were dispatched to a structure fire Thursday night at around 7:50 p.m.
As firefighters were responding they were able to see heavy smoke showing from the area of County Road 28.
Firefighters from Marlow/Fish River, Summerdale, Fairhope, and Barnwell were all dispatched to the working fire at 14400 County Road 28 and firefighters arrived to find that a mobile home was fully engulfed.
According to firefighters, the occupants were able to escape from their home before they arrived.
Firefighters had to use tanker trucks for their water supply because there were no hydrants in the area.
No injuries were reported.
