Man Sues Mobile, Walmart, Former Police Chief Prine and Others For Unlawful Arrest

A Mobile man suing city, Wal-Mart for alleged unlawful arrest.

According to the man, he was unlawfully arrested and accused of trying to use counterfeit money
at a local Walmart store.

As part of the lawsuit, the City of Mobile, former police chief Paul Prine, Wal-Mart, and multiple others have been named.
