Kohl’s Announces Closing of Spanish Fort Store

Kohl’s announced late last year that some stores across the country would be closing but didn’t name the locations at that time.

Now, we have learned that the Spanish Fort location will be one of more than two dozen stores that will be closing.

The company released a statement saying it would be closing 27 stores because they are considered “underperforming locations”.

Kohl’s says the closures will occur by April 2025.

“All associates have been informed and offered a competitive severance package or the ability to apply to other open roles at Kohl’s.”
