I-65 Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Arrest

MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. An ALEA trooper conducting traffic enforcement on Interstate 65 near mile-marker 19 stopped a Toyota Tundra for several infractions.
When the trooper approached the vehicle, he noticed a smell of marijuana coming from the truck, and the Satsuma Police responded to assist the trooper.
After a search of the vehicle, marijuana was found, and the driver, identified as Estelle H Stokes IV, was placed under arrest.
Stokes was transported to the Mobile County Jail, where he was charged with
Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree
Revoked License
Tint Violation
