Fairhope Police Make Multiple Weekend Drug and DUI Arrests

FAIRHOPE, Ala. Fairhope police officers kept busy over the weekend with drug and alcohol arrests including several along Beach Road in early morning hours on Friday, May 2nd, 2026.
According to Fairhope police officers, at around 1:15 a.m., they conducted an investigation in the 1 block of Beach Road and turned up some marijuana which resulted in the arrest of four people including:
Mykeria Jaquice Mickles
Jamiya Malia Brantley
Derrionna Armani Jani Jack
Tanavia Breanna Smith-Peters
All four individuals were charged with Possession of Marijuana Second Degree and were later released pending their court date.
During a different incident, police also arrested Brannon Lee Comer early Friday morning and charged him with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine).
Police also checked on a person who was intoxicated in public on Morphy Avenue and charged Matthew K. Richardson with Public Intoxication on October 2nd, 2026, at approximately 7:50 p.m.
Fairhope police were also dispatched to a motor vehicle collision in the 8000 block of U S Highway 98 near the Dollar General store on October 2nd, 2026, at approximately 9:24 p.m.
Police determined that a driver had been operating impaired and arrested Sydney Mulherin Boak for Driving Under the Influence.
Police transported Boak to the city jail where he was booked in and later released pending a court date.
The following day, Saturday, October 3rd, 2026, Fairhope also made another arrest for being intoxicated in public.
Charles Eugene Kirk was arrested in the 100 block of Baldwin Square Shopping Center at approximately 12:52 p.m.
Kirk was transported to the jail and later released with a court date.
