Elberta Wreck, Fire, Sends Person to The Hospital

A Wednesday night wreck in Elberta injured one person and caused the pickup truck to burst into flames.

Emergency responders from the Elberta Volunteer Fire Department and a medical helicopter responded to the single vehicle crash at CR 95 @ Fish Trap Rd at around 8:30 p.m.
Law enforcement and an ambulance were also sent to the scene.

The driver lost control of the truck and spun off the road catching fire, but no other vehicles were involved.

At this time the crash remains under investigation.
