Daphne Police Make 10 DUI Arrests in Six Days

DAPHNE Ala. Police officers in Daphne reported more arrests for driving while impaired during the past week.
James Arthur Crisman was arrested for Driving Under the Influence on November 20, 2025, at 00:46 a.m. on Malbis Plantation Parkway after a police officer spotted a traffic infraction and stopped the driver who showed signs of impairment.
Tolentino Esteban was stopped on US 98 by police on November 21, 2025, at around 8:30 p.m. for a traffic infraction, and police determined that he was Driving While Under the Influence.
Nevaeh My’Sha Cox was arrested by Daphne police officers on November 22nd, 2025, on County Road 64 at around 1:45 a.m.
Jacob Tyler Wigle was stopped for a moving violation just minutes later while driving down US 98 near Santa Rosa Avenue, and police determined that he was also driving while impaired and was charged with Driving Under the Influence of alcohol.
Wigle was also charged with a felony charge of escape and was transported to the Baldwin County Detention Center.
Devon James Sellars was stopped at 3:20 a.m., also on November 22nd, 2025. Police observed a traffic infraction on US 90 and stopped the driver who was determined to be impaired. Sellars was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence and taken to the Daphne Justice Center.
Later the same day, police made two more arrests of drivers who were impaired.
Mackenzie Lee Flowers was stopped by Daphne police at County Road 13 Tiawasee Boulevard after an officer observed a traffic infraction. The officer determined that Flowers was driving under the influence of alcohol and was placed under arrest for DUI.
Police also stopped John Hunter Emrich on November 22nd, 2025, at around 11:30 p.m. on County Road 64 near the Bayside Academy Sports Complex, after the officer observed a traffic violation.
Emrich showed signs if impairment and officers charged him with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. He was transported to the Daphne Justice Center.
Melissa Marie Spriggs was stopped by Daphne Police for a traffic violation on US 98 near Santa Rosa Avenue at around 2:30 a.m. on November 23rd, 2025.
An officer determined that she was driving while impaired and charged her with Driving While Under the Influence and transported her to the city jail.
On November 23rd, 2025, at around 11:30 p.m., police conducted a traffic stop in the 2000 block of US 98 after observing a traffic infraction.
During the officer’s investigation of the driver, later identified as Kilee Dean Gillispie, it was determined that she was driving impaired, and she was charged with Driving Under the Influence and taken to the city jail.
Daphne police also stopped a driver for committing a traffic infraction on November 26, 2025.
Police determined that Gabriel Austin Faulkner was also driving under the influence and placed him under arrest, and he was transported to the Daphne Justice Center.
All persons arrested are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
