Daphne Police Charge Ex-Employee With Burglary of Business

DAPHNE, Ala. Daphne police officers were called to a business for a report of a burglary.

Officers say that after an investigation, they were able to determine that a former employee, later identified as Devonte Jamal Markese Patrick, had made entry into the business.

Police said that Patrick, 31, knew where money was kept and went into the business after hours to steal it.

He was charged with Burglary Third Degree and booked into jail.
