Baldwin County Road Closure

ROAD CLOSURE

The Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) has issued a road closure notice scheduled for SR-225 in Baldwin County.

This closure is due to railroad work planned by CSX.

The closure will begin on Monday, January 13, and is expected to start around 7 a.m.

Expected Duration: Up to 4 days (depending on production, track time, weather conditions, and potential equipment delays)

Detour: A detour plan has been approved for drivers to navigate around the closure area.

Local Traffic: Local residents will be allowed access.

Motorists are encouraged to use the detour route to avoid delays and ensure their safety while work is completed.
