1 Person Arrested For Murder in Semmes Shooting

A fatal shooting Friday was investigated by the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office after being called to the scene of the homicide on Whip Poor Will Court South by the Semmes Police Department.

The deadly shooting which occurred Friday, at around 4 p.m., was domestic related, and investigators said that the alleged shooter lived at the house and was the one who called 911.

Authorities said the investigation revealed that there was an altercation prior to gun shots being fired.

Sheriff deputies identified 32-year-old Michael Allen as the shooter, and he has been arrested and charged with murder after allegedly shooting and killing one person at the house.

Currently, Allen is being held at the Mobile Metro Jail without bond.
