Female Arrested in Anders Drive Shooting

MOBILE, AL. A woman has been taken into custody and charged in a fatal shooting according to Mobile Police investigators.

Police were dispatched out to Anders Drive just off Ziegler Boulevard, around 8:15 p.m. Friday. When they arrived, officers found 23-year-old Chyna Hickman with a fatal gunshot wound.

During their investigation, police investigators were able to identify the person responsible for the shooting death and have arrested 29-year-old Kanedrea Davis, but they aren’t sure what led to the shooting.

Davis already had three harassing communications warrants out for her arrest since March police said.

Now, Davis is also charged with murder and is being held without a bond.

This remains an on-going investigation.
