Two Men Shot on Bus End Up at Police HQ

MOBILE, AL. Two men with gunshot wounds showed up at the Mobile Municipal Building and police complex Tuesday, June 30th, 2026, though neither had been shot on the property.
Mobile Police Chief William Jackson said that they men were involved in an altercation on Seminole Street, leading to someone firing shots into a bus.
The two men were injured in that shooting after being struck by bullets. One man was injured while the second person was grazed and treated by Mobile Fire-Rescue.
Right now, police do not have many of the details as to what happened or why, but they are continuing to investigate the incident.
As for the injured men, they have non-life-threatening injuries and were being treated at an area hospital.
Chief Jackson said the shooting did not happen in the parking lot of the police headquarters.
