Silverhill Police Charge Man With Armed Kidnapping

SILVERHILL, Ala.
Police in Silverhill responded to a domestic incident involving a man who had assaulted a woman while armed.
Police also said that he interfered with the legal custody of a child.
The Silverhill Police obtained several arrest warrants for Timothy James Richert charging him with Kidnapping-Interference with Custody, Aggravated Assault and Menacing With a Weapon.
Richert has been taken into custody and booked into the Baldwin County Detention Center where he remains today.
