Foley and Gulf Shores Police Arrest Man for Electronic Solicitation of a Child

FOLEY, Ala. On Wednesday, February 25, officers from the Foley Police Department, assisted by the Gulf Shores Police Department, apprehended Marquise Jamell Scott, age 23 of Foley, on an outstanding warrant for Electronic Solicitation of a Child.

Detectives with the Foley Police Department investigated and discovered that Scott used an electronic device to solicit a juvenile under the age of 16 for sexual acts.

Scott was arrested without incident and booked into Baldwin County Corrections. Electronic Solicitation of a Child is a class B felony.
