Daphne Police Charge Seven Drivers With DUI

DAPHNE, Ala. The Daphne Police Department recently reported the following arrests that were made by officers during traffic stops throughout the city.

Police reported seven arrests for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol including:

Fabian Arzate, 40, Driving Under the Influence (Alcohol)

Scott Allen Bagley, 44, Driving Under the Influence (Controlled Substances) and Illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs

Callie Lea Chapman, 26, Driving Under the Influence (Alcohol)

Karissa Myers Davis, 31, Driving Under the Influence (Alcohol)

James David Gibson, 44, Driving Under the Influence (Alcohol)

Jose Raul Negrete Hernandez, 40, Driving Under the Influence (Alcohol)

Miranda Marie Ulrich, 24, Driving Under the Influence (Alcohol)

Daphne police also arrested the following people on other charges:

Devonte Jamal Markese Patrick, 31, Burglary Third Degree

Jennifer Autrey, 47, Possession Of Dangerous Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia-1st Offense

All persons are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
