Sheriff’s Office Arrest Spanish Fort Man For Possessing Child Porn

SPANISH FORT, Ala. Investigators with the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office Investigative Support Division obtained a search warrant for a person suspected of possessing child pornography and on July 9, 2025, the sheriff’s unit executed the search warrant at the 13000 block of Antler Hill Rd, Spanish Fort, Al.
According to the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office, the search warrant was the result of a three-month long investigation into the possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material. The case was initiated from a tip provided by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
During the search, 27-year-old Ty Cole Davisson, who was the target of the investigation, was contacted at the location.
An onsite preliminary analysis of electronic devices revealed Child Sexual Abuse Material. These devices were under the control of Davisson.
Davisson was subsequently taken into custody and charged with 4 counts of Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material, a class C Felony.
Davisson was booked into the Baldwin County Corrections Center.
As of Monday, July 14, 2025 he was being held on a $60,000 bond.
