84-year-old Daphne resident dies in 3-vehicle crash in Fairhope

FAIRHOPE, Ala.

Fairhope police have confirmed that yesterday’s accident on US 98 @ State Highway 104 resulted in a fatality.

An 84-year-old Daphne resident was killed in the Sunday morning three-vehicle crash, but police have not yet publicly identified him.

The Fairhope Police Department said it was just after 9:30 a.m. when one of its patrol officers came upon the accident.

Greeno Road at the intersection was shut down during the accident.

The FPD said its investigation is ongoing.
