5 Illegal Immigrants Captured on Dauphin Island Parkway

MOBILE, AL. On September 30, 2025 The Mobile County Sheriff’s Office and Homeland Security (ICE) initiated a traffic stop at Willowdale St and Dauphin Island Pkwy.
During the traffic stop, five (5) undocumented Hispanic males exited the vehicle and attempted to flee.
One subject was tased, and the other four subjects were apprehended after a foot pursuit.
All five individuals were cleared by Mobile Fire and Rescue and subsequently transported to Metro Jail.
ICE will be placing a detainer on all five subjects.
The following subjects have been arrested and criminally charged with Attempting to Elude Law Enforcement.
HENRY GOEVANNY CASTILO – Resisting Arrest and Attempt to Elude (tased)
FRANSCISCO ROMERO-MEDRANO- Attempt to Elude
GASPAR RAMIREZ LORENZO – Attempt to Elude
ORLANDO NOE CAAL – Attempt to Elude
SANTIAGO CHOC POP – Attempt to Elude
All five persons are lodged at the Mobile Metro Jail.
