18-Wheel Rollover in Mobile Disrupts Commuter Traffic

Since the beginning of the year, there have been almost two dozen tractor trailer trucks that have overturned in Mobile and Baldwin County including several that were tandem trailers.

Early Tuesday morning on Interstate 10, a driver lost control of their big rig, crashed, and rolled the truck over, shutting part of the Interstate near Montlimar Creek.

Law enforcement, the fire department, and EMS responded to the scene.

According to the Alabama Department of Transportation, the incident shut down part of I-10 Tuesday morning for several hours.

There were no major injuries reported and ALEA investigated the crash.
