Suspicious Vehicle Leads to Drug Arrest in Daphne

DAPHNE, Ala. A Daphne police officer patrolling the parking lot of Lowe’s Home Improvement Store located at 29645 Frederick Boulevard, early Thursday morning, spotted an occupied suspicious vehicle in the parking lot.
The officer noted that it was almost 1:30 a.m. and that the business was closed.
Upon further investigation, the officer noted that there were two people in the vehicle, and police officers contacted them.
During their investigation, officers discovered that there was marijuana in the vehicle.
Police arrested Caleb Michael Slater and Jasmine Akayla White for Possession of Marijuana Second Degree.
Police transported both arrestees to the Daphne Justice Center.
