Police Pursuit Ends in Drug Arrest
MOBILE Ala.

Patrol officers attempted to conduct a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle Thursday, October 10, 2024, at approximately 2:53 a.m.
Police spotted the infractions in the area of Thompson Drive. N. and McRae Avenue but the driver fled and refused to pull over for police.
The driver eventually stopped near McVay Drive and Navco Road and when officers approached the vehicle they observed drugs inside of the car.
Samuel Dixon, 29, was arrested for fleeing from the police and other charges and he also had an active warrant.
Dixon was transported to the Metro Jail.
