Police Charge Man After Shooting Into Apartment Building

MOBILE, Ala. Mobile police responded to the Montlimar Apartments on Azalea Road on July 3d, 2025 after receiving 911 calls about shots being fired in the area.

During the investigation, police found that a man had shot into one of the apartments and fled before police arrived.

After further investigation, police found that Juwan Knighten was the shooter and issued an arrest warrant for him and he was arrested on the charges this week.

Police said that no one was injured during the shooting.
