MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. “Operation Restore Justice,” was a five-day coordinated enforcement effort led by the FBI and resulted in the arrests of 205 child sexual abuse offenders and the rescue of 115 children, according to the United States Department of Justice.

Three of the child sexual abuse offenders arrested reside in Mobile County, according to a news release from the USDOJ.

Those three men have been identified as:

Zachary Ray Norris, 35, of Mobile, was arrested and is accused of child pornography distribution and access with intent to view child pornography.

Jason WC Jones, 46, of Mobile, was arrested and is accused of sexual exploitation of minors, coercion and enticement, child pornography distribution, access with intent to view child pornography, and transfer of obscene material to a minor.

“The FBI is unwavering in its commitment to identifying and apprehending those who prey on children,” FBI Mobile Field Office Special Agent in Charge Timothy O’Malley said. “Through relentless investigation and strong partnerships, the FBI works tirelessly to protect our communities and safeguard the most vulnerable – our children. The dedication of the men and women behind these efforts is a clear reflection of the FBI’s core mission and values.”

“Protecting south Alabama from predators is a mission we pursue day in and day out,” United States Attorney for the Southern District of Alabama Sean P. Costello said. “Criminals who seek to exploit, abuse, or harm children in our community will find dedicated, talented prosecutors and law enforcement agents who are all eager to bring them to justice.”
