2 Men Arrested by Deputies Face Drug and Other Charges

MOBILE, AL. An investigation originated from a crime tip on the Mobile County Sheriff’s website concerning Devin Hudson (DOB 03/05/96) residing at 1375 Goodman Ave, Mobile, AL 36605, and allegedly involved in illegal narcotics sales.
During the course of the investigation, it was discovered that Hudson had an active warrant for “Tampering with Physical Evidence.”
On August 6, 2025, Hudson was pulled over for a traffic violation on I-10.
Deputies detected a strong odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle, which also contained a passenger and a juvenile child.
The passenger initially provided a false identity but was later identified as Andre Roscoe, Jr. (DOB 07/23/95)
The following items were found in the vehicle inside a backpack on the passenger-side floorboard;
* Approximately 51.5 grams of suspected powder cocaine in two clear plastic baggies within a plastic bottle.
* Assorted prescription pills in a plastic bottle, including:
* 27 Hydrocodone “M367” pills
* 6 Oxycodone “M/10” pills
* 1 Oxycodone “K/57” pill
* Assorted prescription pills in a plastic bottle, including:
* 1 Alprazolam “Y/21” pill
* 28 Alprazolam “G/3721” pills
* Two firearms: one Ruger LCR .38 special revolver and one Ruger Prescott 5.7.
* One baby bottle containing yellow liquid Promethazine.
* Approximately 89.2 grams of suspected marijuana in a clear plastic baggie.
* $2,988.00 IN U.S. currency
DEVON HUDSON was arrested and charged with: Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Trafficking Cocaine, Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree, Illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and the outstanding warrant for Tampering with Physical Evidence.
ANDRE ROSCOE, JR, was arrested and charged with: Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree, Obstructing Justice using a False Identity, Illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Trafficking Cocaine, and four outstanding warrants (two for driving with a suspended license, one for no insurance, and one for speeding).
Deputies transported both persons to the Mobile Metro Jail.
