Foley Police Charge 31-Year-Old Man with Child Porn Possession Charges

An investigation by the Foley police has landed one man in jail facing child pornography charges.
Christian Andrew Henderson, 31, faces four counts of possession of child pornography.
Foley police did not release specifics but said that an investigation developed probable cause that Henderson was receiving child pornography on his cellphone.
With that information, police were able to obtain a search warrant and found evidence that led to his arrest.
Henderson remained in the Baldwin County Correction Center as of this afternoon.
