Police Arrest Man Who Caused Thousands of Dollars of Damage at County Building

MOBILE, AL. The Mobile police were dispatched on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at approximately 12:00 p.m. to 3925 Michael Boulevard (Mobile County License Commission) in reference to a disorderly subject damaging property inside of the restroom.
Upon arrival, officers discovered the male subject still at the location, and he was detained.
Upon further investigation, officers discovered thousands of dollars’ worth of damage to the restroom.
Police arrested Nobel Hale, 41, for his actions and he was transported to Metro Jail.
He has been charged with Criminal mischief 1st Degree.
