Alabama Troopers Arrest Intoxicated Vessel Operator

BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. ALEA Marine Police reported that they spotted a vessel operating in a reckless manner and stopped the driver.

During their investigation, the trooper identified that the vessel operator was impaired and conducted some exams and determined that Hugh D. Miller, 31, was under the influence.

Miller was taken into custody and charged with Operating a Vessel Under Influence and taken to the Baldwin County Detention Center and booked into jail.

He was later released on bond.
