Chickasaw Man Arrested After Firing Shots at Summer Oaks

DAPHNE, Ala. Daphne police have arrested a 23-year-old Chickasaw man after confronting his ex-girlfriend on Sunday night.
Police responded to a call at a Summer Oaks residence where Tony Noah Henley was in a confrontation and he fired what he called a warning shot into the ground.
Henley faces multiple charges after investigators said he was tackled by the new boyfriend and held down until police arrived.
Daphne police have charged Henley with several misdemeanor charges, including menacing, harassment, reckless endangerment and domestic violence 3rd, officials said.
He was transported to Daphne jail and later released.
Police said that no one was hurt during the incident.
