Pascagoula Police Officer Arrested For Child Abuse

MOBILE COUNTY, AL. The Mobile County Sheriff’s Office was notified of an incident, and deputies conducted an investigation of possible child abuse.
Sheriff investigators said that the alleged abuse occurred earlier this month in the Grand Bay Area.
Evidence showed that a crime had occurred and Thomas Landon Horn, 38, a Pascagoula Police Officer was arrested on Friday, April 24, 2026, and charged with Child Abuse.
Horn was released from employment with the police department.
According to a spokesperson with the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office, Horn was released from the Mobile Metro Jail on Friday morning on a $7,500 bond.
