CVS Store Burglary Leads to Arrest of Mobile Man

MOBILE, AL. Police in Mobile responded to a report of a burglary on Sunday April 5th, 20226 at approximately 12:10 a.m.
There was a report that a CVS Store 3100 Dauphin Island Parkway had been broken into.
When officers arrived, they discovered that a male had broken through the door with the intent to steal items.
During the investigation, police identified the suspect as Matthew Hamson, 35 and were able to locate him a short time later.
Hamson has been charged with burglary and was taken to the Metro Jail.
