Multi-Vehicle Wreck Injures Several Persons in Foley

FOLEY, Ala. A multi-vehicle wreck on Wednesday night shortly after 6 p.m. injured several people including at least one who was deemed to be critical.
The traffic collision occurred at Foley Beach and Baldwin Beach Express at around 6:05 p.m. and caused traffic to be rerouted for more than an hour.
Two of the vehicles were reported to be on fire and one person was reported to be trapped.
Multiple fire departments including Foley and Summerdale were dispatched to the scene along with local police, EMS and a medical helicopter.
At this time, the accident is under investigation.
