Fleeing DUI Driver Captured in Daphne After Crash
DAPHNE Ala.

For the second time in two days, a state trooper trying to stop a vehicle for a traffic offense has
been led on a chase.
An ALEA state trooper on patrol noticed a vehicle not maintaining its lane and swerving and
attempted to pull the driver over.
The fleeing driver then struck a Jersey Barrier wall on Interstate 10 near Exit 35 but continued fleeing
from the trooper.
The driver, identified as Rothschild Pierrelouis suddenly exited Interstate 10 into Daphne with multiple police agencies converging on the area and was stopped at the Hampton Inn on US 98.
Pierrelouis was quickly taken into custody at that time.
He faces several charges including Driving Under the Influence.
