ALEA Charge Man and Woman With Boating Under The Influence

An investigation has led to the arrest of a vessel captain who has been charged with Boating Under the Influence on Sunday (BUI)

Courtney Bryan Cook 38, was arrested by Alabama State Marine Police after an investigation.

Cook was transported to the Baldwin County jail and processed and was later released on a $1000 bond and given a court date.

A second person, who has been identified as Lisa Marie Cook was also arrested for Boating Under the Influence at the same time.
Lisa was also released on a $1000 bond and given a court date.

There was no other information provided about the arrest.
