Police Arrest Man After Shots Fired Near Mobile Botanical Gardens

Shots were fired on Saturday, April 5th, 2025, at around 12:30 p.m. near the Mobile Botanical Gardens, but no one was injured according to the Mobile Police.
Mobile police officers were dispatched to the area at the time of the shooting and searched the property and surrounding community.
The shots came from Museum Drive near the MBG and were not fired from the property.
Mobile Police Department officers arrested 19-year-old Antwuan Williams on Monday, April 7 for
Officers also found that Williams had fired shots into the ground with “no intended target.”
Williams has been charged with disorderly conduct and discharging a firearm within city limits.
