Drunk Driver Stopped by ALEA Faces Numerous Charges

BALDWIN COUNTY Ala. A man who troopers say was operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol is now facing several charges after an ALEA trooper stopped him for traffic offenses on Friday night.

Ronald Wallace, 69, was pulled over by the trooper for traffic violations and that’s when the trooper observed more violations.

Wallace has been charged with:

Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol

No Liability Insurance –

Having an Open Container-Alcohol in a Vehicle

Wallace was booked into the Baldwin County Detention Center and is currently being held on a bond.
