Police Release Name of Person Killed by Train

MOBILE Ala On Friday, July 11, 2025, at approximately 6:25 p.m., officers responded to the 5900 block of Highway 90 near Swedetown Road around 6:30 p.m. Friday for a report of a pedestrian who was struck by a train.
Upon arrival, officers located a male victim deceased.
The victim has now been identified as Devonte Carmichael, 36.
At this time, no other information has been released.
