New Age Restricted Community Coming to Foley

A new development has been announced for the City of Foley.
This project involves building an active adult age-restricted single-family residential community to be developed on 720 acres on the east side of the Foley Beach Express south of Pastoral Lane in Foley.
This community will be called Crosswind Foley.
The gated community will include 1,318 lots and feature a clubhouse, pickleball courts, resort-style pool, walking trails, and a resident garden among the amenities.
The project should get underway in early 2025.
