Mobile Police Searching For 2 Wanted Men

The Mobile Police Department needs your help locating two subjects wanted in reference to a robbery/shooting that occurred earlier this month.
On Sunday, January 19, 2025, at approximately 2:30 a.m., officers responded to the 180 block of St. Francis Street in reference to a shooting.
While officers were responding to the call, they received notification that a male victim had just arrived at a local hospital with a gunshot injury.
His injuries were severe, but not life-threatening. Upon further investigation, officers discovered the victim was shot and robbed by two male subjects.
Through the course of the investigation, the subjects have been identified as Jakobe Morgan, 21, and Patrick Carlton, 20.
Morgan was out on bond for a previous burglary/shooting incident that occurred on Monday, December 16, 2025, in the 2700 block of Thompson Drive when the incident occurred downtown.
